Licence to use website
When using our website you may view pages in a web browser, download pages for caching in a web browser, use and print pages from our website for your own personal or business use, use our website by means of a web browser stricktly subject to our terms and conditions. You must not download any material from our website to your computer, you must not edit or otherwise modify any material on our website or redistribute any material.

You acknowledge and agree not to use the website for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity.
Third Party advertising on our website
Any correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through our site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Woody’s Vans Limited shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers.
We make every effort to ensure that the information contained in our listing descriptions and photographs are accurate, correct and adequately describe the type, condition and image of the vehicle at the time of sale. We accept no liability for errors in information and you must accept that any purchase is based upon your inspection and test drive of the vehicle.
Until we hand over the vehicle no contract will have been formed between you and us.The vehicle will not be released to you until all funds have cleared or guaranteed from your card issuer or finance provider. The legal title of the vehicle will only pass from the Seller to you at the point of cleared funds. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a customer buying a vehicle as a consumer.
If you reserve a vehicle with a deposit in person or over the phone, you have 7 days to make the final purchase. Should you fail to do so, on the 8th day the vehicle will be made available for general sale and any deposit paid will be returned via the same method as it was paid .
Whilst we try to ensure that all the prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have reserved, with or without a deposit being paid, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option to confirm your willingness to purchase the vehicle at the correct price or opportunity to cancel the order. Any deposit paid in these circumstances will be returned by the same method, as it was paid.
We use information about you to process your order, supply or manage your product / service and for marketing. We may share your information with finance and insurance companies, credit reference agencies and other companies for use in credit and insurance decisions, for fraud prevention and to pursue debtors. In connection with vehicle purchases, we may also share your information with the manufacturer, warranty provider or DVLA for ownership, warranty, service and safety related matters.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
You acknowledge and agree that the Agreement and the relationship between you and Woody’s Vans Limited, including matters of dispute shall be governed in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If you breach any part of these terms and conditions and we take no action, we remain entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms and conditions.
